Hi this is Teacher Miles
I've been happily teaching online for more than 5 years. My background includes teaching phonics to kids, conversational english class for adults of all levels and teaching math for primary learners aged 4 to 7. I have a valid teaching qualification and substantial teaching experience. I evaluate the performance of my students using well-defined criteria. These criteria are: fluency, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy, and pronunciation for esl class. For math class, I evaluate my student’s performance based on their improvement in calculation skills, analyzation skills and logical reasoning. I am a bachelor's degree graduate with a teaching license and a TEFL certified instructor. I recognize that each student is unique. Understand their strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles, and I tailor my approach accordingly. I celebrate students' achievements and progress, no matter how small, by giving rewards and recognition. Recognizing their efforts can encourage them to continue striving for success.
