Hi! My name is Karolina, and I’m an English teacher at Ditto.
I graduated from the University of Gdańsk with a degree in English Philology and a teaching specialization. I have been passionate about teaching English since I first started my studies, and I continue to develop this passion as a graduate and teacher.
I teach teenagers and adults at all levels of proficiency. In my lessons, I focus on full immersion and creating a natural English-speaking environment. You will start speaking English from your very first lesson! Together, we will work on your speaking fluency and pronunciation so that you can feel confident using English in everyday situations.
At the beginning, we set your individual language goals and keep working towards them throughout the learning process. Every lesson is tailored to your needs, interests and level, helping you notice progress quickly and, most importantly, feel comfortable speaking English.
To make lessons engaging and varied, I use games, interactive materials, creative activities and modern learning platforms. My goal is to help you develop a natural feel for English, so that you can instinctively know which vocabulary or grammatical structure to use in a particular situation.
The types of activities, lesson topics and amount of homework are always adapted to your individual needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to language learning — everyone learns differently, and your lessons should reflect that.
Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about British literature, which is one of my biggest interests.
