Beata
tutor of German at Ditto
Hallo allerseits!
My name is Beata. I have been teaching German for over 17 years. In 2007, I graduated with a degree in German Philology. I also spent some time in Germany, where I had internships at a vocational school, a technical school, and a secondary school. I have experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults, although I must admit that I enjoy working with adult learners the most. I teach courses at all levels, from A1 to C1. For years, I have also been teaching in-company training sessions. In my lessons, I focus on general language skills as well as business language, depending on the needs of the students. The companies I have worked with are in sectors such as automotive, agriculture, real estate, elderly care, environmental protection, and medicine.
What I like most about the German language is its precision and logic. The grammar and structure of German words reflect this as well. You will hear about many such curiosities in my lessons.
My favourite teaching method is through conversation. It is from discussions with students that I get the most ideas for interesting and practical lessons. The key to being a successful learner of German is to start applying as much of the knowledge and information from the lessons as possible in real-life situations. That’s why I often work with authentic materials in my classes.
I am a very creative person, and that's how my German lessons are as well. In my free time, I enjoy handicrafts such as scrapbooking, knitting, and crocheting. I also love photographing nature. Whenever possible, I travel by bike. I love traveling and am particularly fascinated by the German region of Saxony. Come join me on a journey through the intricacies of the German language, ich lade Dich herzlich ein!
